Insurance Day

Image
Tristan, not sure we have every told you... but on April 14, 2005... your Dad and I went down to the Justice of the Peace (with my friend Paulette Graham) and got legally married.  We did this...well.. because your dad needed a root canal...and I had insurance. Hahahahaha No joke.  He was hurting financially and physically... and our wedding was 4 months away. So, after we were married, we gave a homeless man $5 to take our photo... (who are these babies????) We called it Insurance Day and celebrated it every year  (well at least for the first 10) We didn't make it as a married couple...but we've made it as friends. We loved each other and more than anything... WE. LOVE. YOU! Insurance Day is where it all started...

Easter 2023

Image
We had Easter lunch with the Boltz and Zimmerman families (Trent, Charlie, T, Grayson, Griffin and Otis) and Sat we went to church... Got to hug my coffee ministry leaders and celebrate George's birthday a little! Sunday, T got his basket... He was spoiled as always... and a sleepy teenager still wants to hunt eggs... and hunt he did! we dropped by to see the Barbers but only saw two as they were running very late... I hope everyone had a blessed Easter. There truly is no greater day as a Christian.  What was done for me... and you of course... was the unthinkable.  All so that we could have eternity with Him.  This world is a mess - without KNOWING that is true, not sure I could face most days. Thank you Jesus!!
