The Adventures of Tristan

  Tristan's Community Group Leaders came to watch the boys play.... What great guys we have leading our boys. Preston and Clayton have been building into this group for years! Then Unkie and Aunt Sue drove up from Waco.  So fun to have them come visit! They sure were proud of our boy!! I love that Holt's family wants to be so involved in his life. There has been a lot of loss, so this is a blessing that I see.  Thank you Lord!! And we won... so GO TROJANS!

The se are the 3 quarterbacks... Trent Sedberry, Hunter Haas and Eric Apple  Tristan had his first great tackle... his first interception... and man alive was he happy! I even got him to take pics with me! Great job T... so fun to watch you SOAR!!

  Crazy storm came through... and I just about lost the front of my car!! Thanks for the save God! Earlier in the day, we golfed... and on this hole we said the bottom two have to do pushups... This is my ball... This is Round 2 of golf and it was HOT! Guess who is NOT doing pushups??? Till we meet again Barber boys!!

 I went to Cali with Leon and the Board.  I worked on this for MONTHS and it was EXHAUSTING but not going to lie, it was a great career move for me and I LOVED it! I was born to "take care of people". It's a gift and a curse. I love scheduled and planning and making sure things go through.  Some of my friends hate this about me. I have a desire to please and make things happen BUT I like to be hidden in the background! I flew to San Francisco Sat.. and we were off! We visited our new project at LAWA on Monday and it was so great to meet the teams. I was assigned photography duties. Not sure I got a single good shot but I tried! My boot broke (after I mailed back my other pair) and sweet Leon was helping me glue them at the airport!  Hahahahaha I LOVE HIM! I'm not British. I mean according to Ancestry I'm like 37% (weird) so I am.. but I'm not.  BUT my company is headquartered out of the UK so again... kind of am.  I've been planning a UK Board meeting for 4+ months... they are coming tomorrow... and FULL STOP. QUEEN ELIZABETH HAS DIED. I cried.  Not going to lie. I cried.  More than once. Don't know the woman.. but for whatever reason her work ethic, her sense of duty, her love for her people... was palpable. I'm a Royal family junkie. I know where I was when Diana died.  I love William and Kate, I love Harry and Megan, I love the Queen.  Charles.. meh... but after his address today..
