The Adventures of Tristan

Holt grabbed the dogs and I grabbed Tristan, Andrew and Jackson and headed to the lake! Noah is coming late tonight because of golf. God bless Michele!! all was great ... until it wasn't.  UGH -  BOAT  D. E. A. D They literally swam us in from the middle of the cove and then walked us to the doc from the shore, Holt was not happy, I felt terrible for them.. but they just kind of bounced back! We sat around waiting for Noah. It was a great night! Day two...  I saw a ton of deer - made my heart so happy.  This is the two that stayed while I grabbed my phone. Coffee on the deck... makes me think of Sam every time... The boys bought hilarious little kid rods and geared up to go fish on kayaks Some of us waited more patiently for them to come back than others...  Locked and loaded... Noah Liu~ and they're off! We just proved we were there... they finally came back right before sunset.  Little did we know J, probably had another concussion. UGH!!! they were ...

  ANYTHING GOES! 

Man I love this kid and I love to see him happy. These tickets were WAY out of my budget. But my time with him is short... so I pulled the trigger! And drove all of these knuckleheads! And planned to stand... by myself... for 4 hours. But then Tippi called and dragged all of us up to the suite.  They fed us and I had these seats!! Todd and his buddies (and a new girlfriend) joined... Didn't know one Zach Bryan song, not sure I understood one lyric but I KNOW they had fun, I had fun.. and it was worth every penny!!  

 He was MISERABLE getting up... not excited to drive... so I took over But things improved when he saw a bunch of his friends! When I picked him up.. he said he had a GREAT DAY... LOVED his classes and teachers. I almost passed out. Then, icing on the cake... It's Britty's birthday and I get this... WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 As always these are backwards... Saturday we headed to the pool after breakfast.  We sipped cocktails, we swam, read, and laughed our butts off! First time in the sun all summer and it was glorious! We ate at Cindi's deli and it's was Connie's first - she loved it!! Our room was amazing (in the hotel we built) and we overlooked the original Pegasus!! We walked the streets... and shopped and acted silly Even found Ross Ave! Visited the Farmer's Market and the Watermelon festival!! It's just the best of times.  No expectations, no airs, just us. JUST AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!  See you at GNO next week - but secretly can't wait for next year's weekend away!!
