Happy Tenth Birthday Tristan!!!

We knew today would be crazy and impossible... so we did a little celebrating last night.

Holt filled the room with balloons... and we rang in 10 a litter early!!

He's excited for sure!

then we opened a few gifts...

he was quite happy...

and silly

I stare at this face and can't believe he's been mine for 10 years!

shocking I know!!

He didn't want much other than dog toys and money ...my family sent a few very fun things and he loved opening!!

The "0" lasted another 5 minutes but after being crazy... it popped!

Then today came and it was a tad of a fiasco.  I am normally so prepared.

He wanted his favorite muffins.  We were out of eggs.

Lucky though - saw the cookies I needed for basketball tonight - SCORE!

I told him nothing but studying on the way to school... then his bestie called...

SCOOOORE!

Then we got this on Facebook.  Their friendship is just... well, everything.

Then I got to work got everything done and was headed to pick up the cookie cake.

SO CUTE!

Need plates and napkins and stopped at the store.

They had DOG TOYS - bought 3 and a gifts bag and my plates and napkins.

SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!

He was ticked that I wrapped everything - made him nuts!

SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!

DISDAIN = SCOOOOORE!!

Proof he was annoyed but he might have secretly enjoyed.  I'm not sure yet.

Then we headed to class to eat cake.

More singing. He was embarrassed and touched. It was sweet.

I got back and had this from Aunt Connie- that family loves him oh so very much!!!

Picked him up, grabbed dinner..studied and headed to basketball.

He chose his friends and cookies over Benihana.

Solid choice dude, solid.

I think this was your favorite group of birthday wishes...
(although you may have whiplash now - hahahaha)

he's loved and he knows it

and when we got home...he had one last gift...'

toys for his girl.  The one thing he asked for.

Happy 10th birthday T

I'd say you had a great day... I'd say we could sum it all up with one word.

SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!!!

I love you!!  Mama
