Until your CEO jumps on the call! I love you Leon Blondin! He was kind enough to make sure all of the ELT EA's felt loved on and heard.  WHAT A LEADER!! Then he had to get cute and change his ZOOM background to Leo!  He said "he's always looking over my shoulder..." We died laughing! After that fun, had to jump back into homeschooling mode and get a hat made for Mrs. Botka's surprise bday party on Thursday... We just sent gifts for Mrs. Palmer's surprise bday party on Tues (more to come) and surprises for Teacher's Appreciation Week next week.  Lots of cards going on... lots of gift cards, cakes, treats... and now it's time to go make a sign for Mr. Clarke's drive-through retirement sendoff on Sunday when we get back from the lake... and Mrs. Botka's bday card that we are making to give her Sunday (on her actual bday) before the parade for Mr. Clarke.  I can't keep up.  Someone ma...

Such fun to just get in the car and go for a ride!! Throw in seeing your best friend (me too) and getting to celebrate his brother for his 10th bday... and we call that a home run!! Happy 10th quarantine birthday Cullen!!! we love you - near and far these days!!

I pray someday I am the friend overachiever that she is... I asked her to run an errand for me... She offered... and I get the errand PLUS dinner flowers dog treats people treats pretzel bites homemade cookies yard sign SHEESH! She does friendship SO WELL! Thank you Connie!!

Is it Friday yet?  Does it even matter? We are having some long days and not getting out side enough.  I'm trying SO hard to balance work and school and friends and ZOOM's and family and cooking and soccer and (SAVE ME PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAASE) We squeezed in a very short bike ride... but today I am higher!  Plus we have to go see the Mays for Cullen's bday! Grammy bought T a new desk and lamp and it's PERFECT!! and today we tried to thank everyone at work by wearing blue! on VC's  at home even threw the dog into the mix! Just over here doing what we can... and staying sane (I think...)

My new GNO's... but I'm thankful I have them.  We even had puppy show and tell! Random games of tennis... it's was like a big play yard for Baylor! and then... by the grace of God... a family ZOOM! (next time hoping Aunt Jeanne can join too!) sometimes you just have to be thankful for what you DO have.. and in this time... I'll take any form of connection!!!

We tried to do a little of the traditional stuff... Paint rocks for neighbors... #markerfail #talentfail and then we watched service on the iPad... Not all of his gifts arrived in time... so I raided the pantry... and printed pictures of what was coming  Then Dad's gift was included... And we had an Easter egg hunt... that's always a hit #somuchcandy and Easter service in bed in pajamas is NOT normal - but fun! I then spent a few hours watching The Passion of The Christ... BAWLED. Bawled at my sin.  At my disregard for what He gave.  The gift of eternity and focusing on MY issues... Every time I sin... it cost Him.  EVERY TIME and He went to the cross... for all of us... but He would have done this JUST. FOR. ME Lord firgive me, help me to teach Tristan, help me to be a better example.  Help me look more like you.  THANK YOU... You gave EVERYTHING t...

Working full time... working out... trying to get outside... doing fun art projects... Snuggling with lazy dogs... Enjoying surprises from Aunts and Uncles... Making it to 7pm and then.... wine and Jesus ... wine and Jesus... Then another drive-by birthday for a friend from school - Libby!! (I know, I'm washing my car tomorrow) and we saw some of our favorite people!! bummed you can't see Chris driving!  Oh how we love you Chris, Micah, Vance and Presley!! Math Olympics Successes! Fifteen bright students represented Grace Academy on February 28th at the ACSI Math Olympics.  We have finally received the results from the competition. Fun has been few and far between... Had to pick up some groceries... Then, we jumped in the car and headed to the Mays to do a diving party for Taylor's bday. Hilarious moment... Grayson couldn't contain himself and he dove into our car.  Thought everyone was going to die.  I laughed... then he jumped back out.  THEY NEEDED TO SEE EACH OTHER. After the train of 20+ cars, we headed back and took a few family photos... then practiced better social distancing... and celebrated across the lawn... Then I had a few ZOOM calls... one with my TYPOS girls and one with the Ya Ya's and then today, my Aunt and Uncle flew safely home to NY!  Counting every single blessing twice!! Father protect us, we need a cure, we need help, we need YOU. Thank you for the small stuff... that I so often miss.  Forgive me and give me eyes to see.  Amen.

I finished my new puzzle in 3 days... Might just do it again... T has been doing his school stuff... this was something he worked on for art... He and I will paint rocks this week and leave near people's door as a surprise blessing... Hunkered down for pledges... today was wacky hair day.. We killed it! Then after all of his work was submitted (a few arguements and some tears) we headed out to get some sun and say hi to Ruth Ann! But first... science expiriment about friction!!  Learned about applying breaks and how that causes friction and sometimes friction saves us (and sometimes it hurts! Like my butt on a hot slide in Auburn!!) We walked down with Bear... While the boys skipped rocks...  and then Baylor was set free to roam in the grass and eat sticks.
