The Adventures of Tristan

Zeus was the second fur baby we met.  Thor was first.. but he's a rooster so maybe he doesn't count because he doesn't have fur? LOL Sherry and I were in love! We took a seat at our beautiful table and we were utterly in SHOCK. Then, they came out and surprised us for our belated birthday celebration.  We cheered and laughed and cheered some more! They were thoughtful in everything that they did! Sherry bought me my first cotton candy champagne! These are not in order... but who cares.. We met and HELD Sir Winston the sloth. Mercy me... my life was complete in that VERY moment.  HE IS THE SWEETEST! Sherry was the CUTEST with him. Total love!! WOOK AT DAT FACE! This is Puzzles and he is the best!!!!!!!!! They are using his plasma to heal herds around the world!! I didn't see that coming!  Friday I dropped T at school and was headed back to my house to work from home.  My woworker, and friend called to ask me if I had seen Facebook. She didn't know what happened but Jennifer and Mattie Prescott were gone. WHAT? Shock. Disbelief? I'm googling, frantically looking at Facebook. Reading comments. Did Randy kill them?  Was there an accident on the way to volleyball? Did they get robbed WHAT? Never in my worst nightmares.. EVER... could I have imagined what I would find out in the coming hours. Jennifer set her house on fire, then shot and killed Mattie... and then herself. UTTER DEVESTATION. TOTAL DISBELIEF. I'm angry, I'm scared, I'm sad, I'm SO CONFUSED. I'm full of regret.  And then those feelings just circulate.  That was Friday. Today is Sunday. It's crushing.   Mattie was 15.   We ventured off to Waco and I sure am glad that we did! We met Unkie, Sue and Lute and the kids out for a quick l-inner before the game. June CRACKS me up! We didn't' play well and lost 3 - 31. What a beating. This ding dog wore shorts bvut thankful Dad and I came (packed like sherpas) so we could warm him up some! He even at an icee!  What is wrong with him?!?!?! It's expensive. It's far. It was cold. It was not how we had hope things would go. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. Spend the money, make the trip, lose your voice screaming for your team. Be like June.. BE YOU. AND LIVE LOUD!!!!!!
