Started out with Noah coming over... ends with 2 police officers and a fire truck!

Had a sleepover set... it was canceled.  Kids were sick, others couldn't stay, it just blew up so they decided to reschedule.  Noah's brother Elijah was having 20 couples over... so Noah was staying with us no matter what.

Tippi called and Trent wanted to come bowling with the three of us... so he came. Then he decided he was staying over.  And then there were 3....

Trent cleaned house... but one of the games NOAH came back with a vengeance in game 4.

Poor T got slaughtered every game. Which is weird because he's normally good!

We headed home with a quick trip to Sweet Frog.

When I got back in the car, Andrew was in the car!

And now there is 4!  I half expected Grayson to be at my house by the time that we got back!

Sooooom we headed to Walmart for T shirts, wife beaters and caution tape.  Apparently we were going to tape Raylee's house!

And they were off!

When they got back, they were soaking wet. Apparently Erika let them jump in her pool!  Good grief boys!

They asked for snacks so we started driving to Walgreens.  On the way we saw a terrible wreck.  3 cars, a woman seemed unconscious. It was scary and sad.  EMTs on the way, so we left.  Thankfully there were so many helping.

They jumped out and ran into Walgreens to find this... a guy with blood gushing out of his foot.  Trent came out to get me.

I ran in. I'm First Aid certified so if there was anything I could do I was going to help.

The guy was a mess. Blood all over the floor.  The worst part, he was also holding a pit bull. The lady working there was terrified. Andrew gave her his phone and she called 911. I told her to give him something to stop the bleeding and she said she didn't have anything. I reminded her she was at Walgreens. Good grief!

I ran back to the first aid section and grabbed gauze. I ran up and ripped it open and had the guy remove the crunchy paper towels and squeeze his VERY LARGE cut until it stopped bleeding.

He told us that his girlfriend's brother tried to shoot him so he ran. Barefoot apparently.

Nothing good happens after midnight, in this instance it was 10:30pm!  The police and fire trucks came, we tried to capture the dog... it was terrified to it's tricky with a pittie. What a mess.  Trent and Andrew kept their cool.  T was nervous and Noah was terrified. I spoke to the police and then headed out. I spoke to the boys about life and how this stuff happens and how you have to remain calm. I had 4 teens ... in wife beaters... and a guy on the floor bleeding.  If they had started running, they would have APPEARED guilty even though they had nothing to do with it.  They need to think rationally and not panic. They also need to remove themselves from anything like this any time they can.  Lots of talks, that one will probably stick with them for a while.

They stayed up until 2, I went to bed at 1, but back up at 4 with crazy weather. Waiting for tornado sirens.  They didn't come but there is a ton of flooding.  Crazy, crazy, crazy. Thank you Lord, for sparing us from a car accident, a stabbing/chase, and a potential tornado.  We have something to thank Him for every, single day.  Amen.
