GOTCHA!!!

I've never been happier to wake up at 4am!  Yes, I do it daily but today it had REAL purpose!

I met the Mays and we headed to pick up the boys!

Saw his cabin sign!  No sign of his stuff BUT come to find out, he shoved everything in his trunk and made sure he didn't lose anything.  So proud!!

then we walked and finally I saw him.  I didn't want to be THAT mom... so I just casually peaked and I heard "Mom, MOM!!!!!!!!!!" I'd know that voice anywhere... and he waved me over so duh, of course, I went!

Big hugs, lots of kisses and man alive as I looked around I saw some tired kids! LOL

Before the fun began, he ran into Allie and her parents. He just loves her so much - they've been good friends for years.  He was able to give her the gift her bought her before camp.  He's got the biggest heart!!

But then it was time for closing celebrations.

The counselors flew in and there was screaming, jumping, singing... it was AWESOME

(yes, I cried)

Then the Director (yes the one that jumped our car) got up and did the recap and the "sell" for next year.  Oh yes, we WILL be back!

So thankful for the college kids that give up there ENTIRE summer to come and lead these kids!  I pray Tristan has a heart for this someday!

(Taylor loves her some Tristan)

BFF's.. so thankful they did their first camp TOGETHER!

Listening... man, I missed that face!

each counselor then spoke a blessing over each of the kiddos and told us the main character trait they noticed...

G got Faithful...mature... and polite (sounds like G!)

T got Optimistic, relaxed and joyful (sounds like T!!)

We finally got a group photo of the Grace (and now a few TCA) families that went...

These women got me through this week!!

Well, that's a wrap. It's time to head home and see Baylor...

Are you excited Tr....

hahahahaha - OUT!

The nap paid off and my happy boy is reunited with his girl (and his x-box dang it!)

And after looking through his trunk... I think he knows we love him...

Thank you Lord for providing financially so I could send Tristan.  These camps are SUCH blessings.  I'm SO thankful he could go. May the truth he heard move from his head, to his heart.  AMEN.

My boy is back, he's happy, I'm happy.  It is well with my soul!!
